AMC

SYSTEMS CARE shall maintain the equipment specified as Agreement as per the rates mentioned in the quotation and subject to terms and conditions of the Agreement. The AMC is on an ON-CALL basis. Preventive Maintenance of all systems will be done every quarter by the Engineer to keep the machine in good working condition. System Care provides services till the customer's satisfaction.

(FOR THE PERIOD 1 year)

Please note:-

• Including all spares required for logical problem (does not include head, plastic parts,    physical damaged parts burned parts).

• Software installation is free under Amc ( Operating System , Basic software’s & Antivirus    Updating ).

• Specifications & Details of hardware is attached.

• For emergency call we will arrange standby unit (desktop system , server , printer .monitor    etc. depends on availability ).



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I] SYSTEMS CARE shall maintain the equipment specified in this Agreement as per the rates     mentioned in the quotation and subject to terms and conditions of this Agreement.


II] TERMS OF AGREEMENT

A) This agreement shall remain in force for the period of one year, commencing From the date     of signing the contract.

B) Inspection of the systems and equipment added in agreement will be done prior to taking     the contract. If any parts were found faulty before the contract resumes would be replaced     and will be charged.

C) Any item in agreement not accounted for in same if discovered later will be covered by     SYSTEMS CARE under AMC at an additional charge.


III] MAINTENANCE

A) The AMC is on an ON-CALL basis; the response time for which would be 2-4 hours after the     call has been logged.

B) The AMC is under COMPREHENSIVE contract for the Systems, Printers.

C) If any problem of hardware is not resolved within 24 working hours, SYSTEMS CARE will     ensure support from specialist / expert in respective area.

D) Preventive Maintenance of all systems will be done every quarter by the Engineer to keep     the machine in good working condition.


IV] PAYMENT:

    100% Advance.


V] Termination

    Either of parties can terminate the contract by giving a notice of minimum of 3 month.


VI] THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

A) Electrical work external to the machines or maintenance of accessories, attachments,     machines or other devices not covered under the Agreement.

B) Repair or damage, resulting from accidents, lighting, neglect or misuse, failure of
    air-conditions or humidity control or causes other than specified for operation of equipment.

C) Furnishing platens, supplies or accessories, painting or refinishing the machines or      furnishing material thereof making specific changes or performing services connected with      relocation of machines or adding or removing accessories attachments on other devices.

D) Services those are impractical for SYSTEMS CARE representative to render because of      alteration in the machines or their connections by mechanical or electrical means to      another machines or devices.


VII] CHARGES

A) If carrying out of a repair of fitting or replacement is necessitated by the customer's or any      third party's fault, SYSTEMS CARE shall be entitled to make additional charges and /or      refuse the maintenance service agreed to be rendered under this agreement.

B) The charges specified are only in respect of the features installed on the machine from the      date of commencement of the Agreement. Additional charges shall be made on the      features installed subsequently.


VIII] CARE OF THE EQUIPMENT

A) The customer at his own end shall give SYSTEMS CARE full access to the equipment to      enable SYSTEMS CARE to provide maintenance service and make available to the      representative of SYSTEMS CARE an appropriate customer staff who are familiar with the      customer requirements and provide suitable working space and suitable facilities for      storage of equipment and other spare parts.

1. All cost, charges and expenses in respect of moving the equipment or any part thereof     including cost, charges and expenses for dismantling, re-installation, testing and     commissioning shall be payable by the customer.

2. No equipment or part mentioned should be moved by customer without SYSTEMS CARE’s     written consent.
3. Maintenance charges during the period of movement of the equipment or any part thereof     shall continue to be paid by the customer. SYSTEMS CARE shall be entitled to revise its     maintenance charges at a location at which the equipment is moved.


VIII] EXEMPTION

     SYSTEMS CARE shall not be responsible for failure to render services due to Causes      beyond its control.
